How do I register?

Online at www.azsws.org

You must have a valid email address to register.

Please Note: If you are an advisory board member, speaker, employee, sponsor attendee or block purchase attendee, you must use specific registration instructions and web links emailed to you or your organization’s contact person.

What is the deadline for online registration?

Friday, July 27, 2018.

Do you offer walk-in/onsite registration?

Yes, if there is availability. However, onsite registration is not guaranteed to be available if the conference sells out. Please check the homepage of our website for updates on this.

*Onsite registrations will incur a $25 Late Registration Fee.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express).

Fees are payable at the time of registration.

What if my organization requires the use of a purchase order?

If your organization requires the use of a purchase order, please contact Ka’teia Vandor for details on the process. Please Note: Purchase orders will only be accepted for organizations sending a large group of attendees to the conference. All attendees must be included on a single purchase order. Purchase orders for individual attendees will not be accepted. Individual attendees must register online using a credit card.

Please Note: if your company is paying for you to attend as a group under a PO, you will need to contact the person handling this process on your end as they should have special registration instructions and a web link for your use to register. We cannot provide these instructions directly to you. 

What is the cost to attend?

Do you offer pricing discounts?

We offer an Early Bird discount for the 4-day conference (Mon-Thurs) if you register by Mon. 6/25/18.

Are there scholarships available?            

There are no scholarships available for 2018.

What meals are included with registration?

Pre-Conference Attendees: Lunch (Sunday)

12 Hour Clinical Supervision Attendees: Lunch (Sunday & Monday)

Monday-Thursday Attendees: Light continental breakfast and afternoon snack

How many hours of continuing education can I earn?

You may earn up to 36.75 hours of continuing education.

Please Note: Continuing education hours are not available for sessions: 26, 83, 90 & 99

Which sessions provide continuing education for cultural diversity and ethics?

Cultural Diversity Sessions: 2, 8, 20, 23, 44, 46, 48, 59, 62, 66, 74, 94, 100, and 102

Ethics Sessions: 2, 6, 19, 33, 57, 65, 75, 93

What do the red asterisks (*) in the brochure next to some of the session titles mean?

Sessions with the red asterisk are sponsored by the Training Institute for APA Continuing Education for psychologists.

What does it mean when a session is not showing in the drop-down menu on the registration website?

That means that the session is closed/full and no longer accepting registrants.

Do you maintain a waitlist for closed/full sessions?

We do not maintain a wait list for closed/full sessions.

What are the room rates at JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa?

The SWS group rate is $95/night for a single/double, plus state/local taxes and $1 daily resort fee.

Reservations must be made no later than July 27, 2018 and are subject to availability.

What if I only want to attend a single day (Mon-Thurs) or the Pre-Conference only?

That is not a problem, SWS offers daily registration options. Please refer to the 2018 Conference Brochure – Page 1 for more details.

What if I only want to attend a single session on a specific day?

You will still have to pay for the full day.  We do not allow registration and payment for individual sessions.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your registration by Friday 7/27/18, your registration fee will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations received after Friday 7/27/18. Substitutions will be accepted until Friday7/27/18. There will be no substitutions after this date. No-Shows are still due and payable in full. SWS reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor or cancel a session if an unanticipated issue arises.

When will I receive my certificate of completion after the 2018 Conference?

Conference attendees will receive an email on the last day of the conference (8/16/18) with a link to complete a post-conference Feedback Survey. The Feedback Survey will be available until Thursday 8/30/18. Upon completion of the survey, your Certificate will be auto-generated and emailed to you immediately. The Feedback Survey can also be accessed on the homepage of our website at www.azsws.org. Attendees who choose not to complete the Feedback Survey, will receive their Certificate via email on Thursday 9/6/18.
